Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer can decide to withdraw from the purchase made, for any reason and without any penalty.

If the Customer indicates in his order a VAT number, instead of the Tax Code, he cannot exercise this right.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send VERT SPORT a written communication within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods to: VERT SPORT Via Chanoux 71, 11027 Saint Vincent (Ao).

Upon receipt of the request, VERT SPORT will send the Customer the form for exercising the right of withdrawal via e-mail with an authorization number which must be attached to the outside of the package and sent to VERT SPORT within 10 days of authorization.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions: for the purposes of the applicability of the right of withdrawal in the distance contract as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005, informs the customer that the asset in question of the sale will be considered substantially intact, pursuant to Article 67 c.2 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, only in case of non-infringement or opening of the relative packaging by the buyer.

We accept the return of your purchases within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging with label and full documentation. We carry out a thorough inspection of each item shipped and, in the unfortunate hypothesis of an incorrect description, color or size error, the exact item requested will be sent at our expense if available in stock.

In case of return of the item you will be refunded the price paid within 7 days including shipping costs. We remind you that the return shipment is at your expense. We will send you a return label at a cost of € 7.90.

In case of replacement of size or measure, the item will be replaced with another one of your choice. The new shipment is at our expense.

Items without original labels or altered packaging will result in a penalty of 30% to be paid by the customer.

Items damaged, used or worn to affect resale will not be refunded.

Send the package by post or tracked courier.

The package in case of loss or theft is at your expense, as well as the shipping costs

  Fill in the export form (CN22 and / or CN23)

IMPORTANT:

Indicate: "Returned goods - Failed sale" on the outside of the package.

In case of blocking of the package at customs due to incorrect documentation CN22

the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected with any additional costs at your expense.

Within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, you will be reimbursed excluding return costs with the same payment method used for your purchase.
