Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer can decide to withdraw from the purchase made, for any reason and without any penalty.

If the Customer indicates in his order a VAT number, instead of the Tax Code, he cannot exercise this right.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send VERT SPORT a written communication within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods to: VERT SPORT Via Chanoux 71, 11027 Saint Vincent (Ao).

Upon receipt of the request, VERT SPORT will send the Customer the form for exercising the right of withdrawal via e-mail with an authorization number which must be attached to the outside of the package and sent to VERT SPORT within 10 days of authorization.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions: for the purposes of the applicability of the right of withdrawal in the distance contract as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005, informs the customer that the asset in question of the sale will be considered substantially intact, pursuant to Article 67 c.2 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, only in case of non-infringement or opening of the relative packaging by the buyer.

Wij accepteren de retourzending van uw aankopen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst in hun originele verpakking met volledig label en documentatie. We voeren een grondige inspectie uit van elk verzonden item en, in de ongelukkige hypothese van een onjuiste beschrijving, kleur of maatfout, zal het exacte gevraagde item op onze kosten worden verzonden, indien beschikbaar in voorraad.

In geval van retournering van het artikel krijgt u het betaalde bedrag binnen 7 dagen inclusief verzendkosten teruggestort. Wij herinneren u eraan dat de retourzending voor uw rekening is. Wij sturen u een retourlabel voor € 7,90.

In geval van vervanging van maat of maat, wordt het artikel vervangen door een ander exemplaar naar keuze. De nieuwe zending is voor onze rekening.

Artikelen zonder originele etiketten of gewijzigde verpakking zullen resulteren in een boete van 30% te betalen door de klant.

Artikelen die beschadigd, gebruikt of gedragen zijn om de wederverkoop te beïnvloeden, worden niet terugbetaald.

Send the package by post or tracked courier.

The package in case of loss or theft is at your expense, as well as the shipping costs

  Fill in the export form (CN22 and / or CN23)

IMPORTANT:

Indicate: "Returned goods - Failed sale" on the outside of the package.

In case of blocking of the package at customs due to incorrect documentation CN22

the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected with any additional costs at your expense.

Within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, you will be reimbursed excluding return costs with the same payment method used for your purchase.
